Your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the entire online acquiring analytics – from marketing channels and sales funnels to insights on merchant retention, ARPU growth, and product hypothesis testing;
- Leading a cross-functional team of 4 analysts and prioritizing requests from Product, Commercial, and Marketing departments;
- Shaping the development strategy for the area: setting goals, forming tasks to achieve results;
- Building and maintaining a metrics system: acquisition funnel, merchant activation, churn, LTV by segments, CAC, and acquisition channel efficiency;
- Analyzing sales of partner ecosystem products (BNPL, Account Settlement, Loans) – revenue, profitability, contribution to P&L;
- Establishing a culture of A/B testing and hypothesis validation – from experiment design to implementing results into product solutions;
- Calculating unit economics for hypotheses: assessing potential impact before launch and economic results after;
- Participating in cross-team work together with the Head of Analytics;
- Developing analysts: 1-on-1s, growth plans, roadmaps, retrospectives.
You'll definitely succeed if:
- You have 2+ years of experience as a people manager of an analytics team;
- You understand online acquiring or B2B fintech at a level where you can independently formulate the right analytical question;
- You have worked with diverse stakeholders simultaneously: product, sales, and marketing, and can help each one translate "I want to understand why it dropped" into a specific analysis;
- You are proficient in attracting clients to a B2B product;
- You are proficient in SQL and Python at the level of writing queries and working with pandas;
- You have experience conducting A/B tests: you know how to verify experiment design, evaluate results, and make data-driven decisions;
- You understand unit economics: you can calculate CAC, LTV, profitability, and assess the economic impact of a hypothesis before its launch.
