Sber is looking for a Director of Data Analytics capable of analyzing customer behavior and preferences, creating effective strategies for improving customer experience, and identifying customer-centric services/products within life scenarios.
The Sber Auto division is building an ecosystem of products and services for car owners, aimed at simplifying all aspects of car ownership: from purchasing a vehicle to regular maintenance and repairs. The goal is to provide maximum convenience and comfort for clients at every touchpoint with the company's services.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of a comprehensive customer journey analytics system, including the collection, processing, and interpretation of data on customer interactions with products and services of both the Group and external partners.
- Development of forecasting models and identification of customer behavior patterns to timely detect risks and growth opportunities.
- Preparation of recommendations for improving products and services aimed at increasing satisfaction levels and reducing customer churn.
- Formation of a unified approach to data processing, creation of reporting and analytical reports for the division's management.
- Initiation of projects that use data for strategic decision-making.
- Implementation and search for best practices and new data analysis methods. Evaluation of the effectiveness of current analytics tools and development of proposals for their improvement.
- Development of reporting systems and self-service tools for operational decisions.
- Providing the business with data for goal setting and performance tracking.
- Leading a team of analysts: organizing and coordinating the work of the analytical unit, monitoring deadlines.
- Managing the development of data infrastructure, including acting as a client for related teams.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
- Experience in successful implementation of large-scale analytical projects in customer analytics and customer service quality management.
- Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, modeling, and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in BI analytics and data visualization tools.
- Skills in building effective teams and managing projects.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and formulate practical recommendations based on them.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex analytical findings to management in a clear and understandable manner.
