We want to make Zvuk's growth predictable. Not just to increase the audience, but to find those who will stay with us for a long time. You will be the one connecting paid traffic, offers, and the product into a single system.

What your work will look like:

You find hidden patterns:

• You notice that the synergy of a channel and an offer brings users with an LTV 40% higher than average
• You propose scaling this scenario to other channels
• After a month, you see CAC decreasing and Retention growing

You build bridges between data and business:

• Your dashboard doesn't just show metrics — it tells a story: "Here's where we're losing users, here's where we can win"
• Marketers start using your reports as an action plan

You create a system that works without you:

• You set up alerts that will warn about a drop in conversion before the business notices it
• Your models predict the LTV of new users

You will definitely succeed if you:

• Have been optimizing business growth for 3+ years (media or kicksharing — it doesn't matter, the mindset is key)
• Know SQL and Python not only for reports, but also for forecasts
• Can explain a complex model with a real-life example (for example, why LTV is like friendship)
• See the difference between "just traffic" and "quality growth"
