AI Transformation / Automation Lead
We are now looking for an AI Transformation / Automation Lead to help us take AI adoption to the next level. Many teams already use AI tools in their daily work, but we want to make this more systematic and impactful: identify where AI and automation can save time, reduce manual work, improve team efficiency, and help us scale smarter across the whole company.
You will work closely with different teams, explore how our internal processes work today, find opportunities for automation, define high-impact use cases, build a roadmap, and help launch the first pilots.
Responsibilities:
- Audit internal operational processes across teams and identify areas for AI / automation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand pain points, manual workflows, bottlenecks, and business needs.
- Define and prioritize AI / automation use cases based on impact, effort, cost reduction, and scalability.
- Build a practical roadmap: quick wins, pilots, and longer-term automation initiatives.
- Select and recommend suitable tools and approaches for different teams and processes.
- Launch or support first pilots together with business, operations, product, engineering, HR, finance, legal, and other teams.
- Measure the impact of automation initiatives: time saved, cost reduction, productivity improvement, fewer manual tasks, better SLA / process quality.
- Drive AI adoption inside the company by sharing best practices and helping teams use AI tools effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI automation, business process automation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, process optimization, or similar areas.
- Strong experience with process discovery: stakeholder interviews, process mapping, pain point analysis, and use case prioritization.
- Understanding of how to apply AI / automation to real business processes, not just at the concept or presentation level.
- Ability to distinguish where AI is actually useful and where a simpler automation or process change would be more effective.
