Seeking a Finance Risk Manager (Crypto) 📊
We are an international technology company in the Web3 space and one of the largest mining pools globally. We are expanding our finance function and looking for a Finance Risk Manager to help build and develop the company's financial risk management system within the international crypto ecosystem.
⚠️ Important: we are considering candidates ONLY with experience in Financial Risk Management in FinTech, Crypto, Digital Assets, Trading, Capital Markets, or other financial organizations.
📌 Responsibilities: • Analyze market, currency, credit, liquidity, and counterparty risks; • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis of financial risks; • Develop and improve risk management policies, methodologies, and processes; • Assess risks of new products, strategic initiatives, and partnerships; • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Information Security teams to enhance the company's financial stability; • Prepare analytical materials and recommendations for management.
📌 What we expect from the candidate: • Mandatory experience of 3+ years in Financial Risk Management in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, Capital Markets, or Digital Assets; • Practical experience in stress testing and quantitative risk assessment; • Understanding of market, currency, liquidity, and counterparty risks; • Experience with hedging, derivatives, and market risk management; • English, Russian — B2+. • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
📌 Will be a plus: • Experience working with Treasury or corporate asset management; • Understanding of digital asset custody infrastructure and multisig; • FRM, PRM, CFA or similar certifications.
