Small UPD. This is a fairly Low-level position, do not confuse it with strategic roles. We need more of a coordinator who will help several departments find common ground. And also a number of administrative routine tasks - a purely manual, not the most inspiring part. it will also be here.
Ladies (and partially gentlemen:)) I physically can't handle all the requests and responses yet. so please understand and forgive me 🌹 . And the worst thing is that I can't quickly screen your profiles 🙈 So many cool specialists are looking for jobs 🙃 I sometimes just get engrossed reading them, although I understand that it's not what's needed at the moment.
Hello everyone. This time, which is rare, I don't have a technical position. Oxagile is growing rapidly and we are expanding our presence and hiring locations, which requires us to change familiar processes and build new ones. That's why we have a new role: HR Global.
We are looking for a person who will take under their wing the formation of a new global hiring policy: from idea to a documented and understandable document. This is about situations where today you need to onboard a specialist in, let's say, Zimbabwe, tomorrow - to figure out how to legally hire someone "almost in Antarctica", and the day after tomorrow - to coordinate all this with lawyers, finance, and management, so that the company can confidently move forward. It is important not only to find a working onboarding method but also to structure, describe, and turn it into a clear process, so that in the end we have a logical, clear, and transparent guide to global hiring.
We don't expect to find someone who has "seen it all and knows it all" — every company has its own path, and Oxagile's is also unique. But experience in international hiring, working with different jurisdictions and cooperation formats will be a big plus. In general, we need a person who is not afraid to come into controlled chaos and bring order: ask questions, build logic, argue reasonably, and bring decisions to the final document. Of course, the role will not be limited to global hiring only; there will be a number of administrative tasks within the scope of responsibility.
What is important: ✅ fluent spoken English — you will regularly communicate with colleagues and partners from different countries; ✅ willingness to take on a certain scope of administrative tasks, ✅ love for structure, processes, and neat documentation.
If global HR, international hiring, and building processes "from scratch" are close to you, write to me in private messages.
