Digital Silk Road Company is a subsidiary of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We develop and support state information systems that ensure the digitalization of tax and customs processes, and also create services for business and citizens.

Vacancy Description: Design and document integrations between internal and external systems Develop, coordinate, and maintain API contracts with external counterparties Organize ETL processes for data migration between the legacy system and the new platform Maintain an integration registry, manage versions and changes Design and reengineer business processes Formulate functional and non-functional requirements (SLA, timeouts, fault tolerance, etc.) Set tasks for the development team and monitor their implementation Analyze and document integration-related incidents Collect and systematize requirements and information from the customer and development team Escalate risks and problems affecting the deadlines and quality of launch Requirements:

Higher education (technical, mathematical, economic, or natural sciences) 1+ year of experience as a system or integration analyst Experience participating in corporate system implementation and/or migration projects Knowledge of HSEB standards (if necessary — with explanations for external candidates) Professional Skills (Hard skills):

Working with APIs: REST, SOAP, understanding of design principles Integration testing tools: Postman, SoapUI Data formats: XML/XSD, JSON, OpenAPI (Swagger) Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalents SQL at the level of writing complex queries Preparation of technical documentation: FT, TZ, PMI, API specifications Understanding of integration patterns: synchronous and asynchronous interactions, queues, retry policies Personal Qualities (Soft skills):

Systemic and analytical thinking Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously Negotiation and requirements alignment skills Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines Fluent oral and written communication
