What you will be doing: The process is structured so that each student interacts with 7 different mentors, each of whom oversees their own narrow area. Additionally, other important positions involved in the "under the hood" operations are also engaged in the project structure. Therefore, we will individually select a suitable direction for you during the HR screening, based on your interests and strengths. Examples of tasks that may be encountered in different positions:

• Recording courses and workshops
• Developing a legend based on your experience
• Conducting exams for students
• Conducting mock interviews
• Supporting a student after an offer
• Assisting with interview preparation
• And others

🪶Requirements: • Middle+/Senior Golang Developer experience from 3–6 months. • Current primary employment as a Golang developer. • Willingness to dedicate 4 hours per day to the project.
