We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for the Magnit Plus direction.

What you will be doing
- Analyzing and improving the quality of recommendation systems for business units
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to evaluate hypotheses for algorithms
- Researching user behavior and forming datasets for model training
- Interacting with DS teams to formalize requirements and tasks
- Building dashboards for quality monitoring and preparing analytical insights
What we expect
- One to three years of experience in analytics
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and statistics
- Understanding of how recommendation systems work and evaluation metrics
- Experience in conducting A/B tests and checking statistical significance
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and visualize results for stakeholders
