Product Analyst Drinkit
Drinkit is a new generation of digital coffee shops from Dodo Brands. We have made the coffee experience as digital as possible: drink customization in the app, smart order pickup, data and ML under the hood.
Analytics at Drinkit is a strategic partner for the business. We work in two areas:
Data Assets: together with the Dodo Data Office, we form and develop information assets (orders, guests, coffee shops, baristas, operations). Data Monetization: we turn data into business artifacts — dashboards, ML models, experiments, research, data delivery to external systems.
We are currently looking for a Product Analyst responsible for all product analytics of the Drinkit mobile application. The main task is to turn data into understandable insights and solutions that will improve customer experience and business metrics.
we expect
- Deep experience in product analytics for mobile applications;
- Experience of the full cycle of working with event analytics: from designing the markup (event design) and setting tasks for development to analyzing and presenting results;
- Strong skills in SQL and Python;
- Understanding of A/B testing principles, experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, DataLens), and basic knowledge of ML;
- High degree of autonomy: the ability to independently set tasks, manage projects, and take responsibility for them;
- Proactivity: your experience includes examples where you initiated an analysis or improvement yourself, saw it through to completion, and it yielded measurable results;
- Strong communication skills: the ability to clearly convey your findings to product managers, developers, and management, and to argue your point of view.
your responsibilities will include
- Fully rethink, standardize, and implement the event analytics convention (event naming) in the mobile application;
- Collaborate closely with developers on the correct implementation and collection of data;
- Analyze user funnels, identify problem areas in the mobile application;
- Research customer experience and generate hypotheses for its improvement;
- Work with data not only from the app but also from offline channels (kiosks in coffee shops), interacting with related analytical teams;
- Interact with product managers of the Core and Growth directions;
- Independently initiate and bring to completion analytical projects that influence product development.
we offer
- Work in a global company with ambitious goals and large-scale tasks (we plan for a tenfold growth of pizzerias and coffee shops by 2030);
- A culture of freedom and responsibility. We value those who are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Flexible format. You can work from home or from an office in Moscow/St. Petersburg/Almaty;
- Transparent conditions. Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development;
- Paid training. Courses, conferences, professional literature, and co-financing for English at Skyeng;
- Employee care. Voluntary medical insurance from day one, including dentistry, and mental health support through Alter.
