BUZZ is a fast-growing European power bank sharing network with 700+ locations and an expanding presence across European markets. We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take ownership of recruitment while helping us build and improve the People function as the company scales.

This is not a role where you simply inherit established HR processes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, and making things work better.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning full-cycle recruitment across European markets;
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates;
• Hiring primarily across commercial, sales, operations, and field functions;
• Running initial interviews and coordinating the recruitment process;
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle;
• Building and improving HR workflows and documentation;
• Supporting internal communication and People Operations;
• Contributing to Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives;
• Working closely with BUZZ leadership as the company expands into new markets.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience;
• Proven experience hiring in European markets;
• Strong sourcing and direct outreach skills;
• Professional English;
• Interest or experience in HR Generalist / People Operations responsibilities;
• A builder mindset — you enjoy creating and improving processes rather than simply following them;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have:

• Spanish, French, Italian, or another European language;
• People Operations / HR Generalist experience;
• Employer Branding or recruitment marketing experience;
• ATS / HRIS and HR analytics experience;
• Experience building HR processes from scratch.
