Barcelona** (office + relocation assistance) We are looking for a leader ready to build an HR function from scratch and lead recruiting in a fast-growing fintech project. Direct work with the CEO and founders.
Responsibilities: Recruitment: audit and scaling of processes, hiring key/hard-to-fill roles, managing a small team. HR Operations: building onboarding, performance review, HR policies, and corporate culture. minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact on business and processes.
What's important: 5+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition (leadership roles). Hands-on experience building systems from scratch (0-to-1). English — B2+. Willingness to work from the office in Barcelona (or relocate). A plus would be: experience in fintech/tech and companies with 50–200 employees.
