What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a Senior Recruiter / Tech Recruiter / Talent Partner in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical talent, ideally including software engineers, engineering leads, data/AI specialists, product roles, and other highly competitive profiles.
• Experience working in a product technology company is important.
• Experience in mobile applications, mobile development, gaming or another B2C digital product would be a strong advantage.
• A strong existing professional network and demonstrated ability to engage senior and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Excellent sourcing skills and a track record of finding candidates beyond standard inbound channels.
• Strong business thinking and the ability to connect hiring decisions with team and company priorities.
• A highly proactive mindset. You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done — you identify opportunities and act.
• Ability to operate with a helicopter view while still being hands-on and comfortable diving into sourcing and execution.
• Confidence working directly with senior managers and challenging them constructively when needed.
• Strong ownership mentality: if something blocks the hiring process, you don't simply report the problem - you actively look for ways to solve it.
• Comfortable working with high hiring volumes, changing priorities, and multiple stakeholders at the same time.
• Genuine interest in improving recruitment processes and raising the hiring bar across the company.
• Fluent English and Russian - both are required for this role.

Working model

This is an office/ hybrid role based in Poland, with regular work from our office. We value close collaboration with hiring managers and teams, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the business, building relationships in person, and staying close to what is happening across the company.
