Liquidity Manager We are a fintech company developing modern financial products and investment solutions in the Uzbekistan market. We are currently looking for a Liquidity Manager specialist who will take on the development of the liquidity management and external financing attraction direction from scratch.

Main Tasks:

• Management of attracted investments and the company's current liquidity.
• Attraction of credit lines and external financing (funding).
• Search and development of relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other sources of financing.
• Analysis of available funding instruments and assessment of their terms.
• Participation in structuring financing deals.
• Preparation of financial calculations, models, and materials for negotiations.
• Interaction with CFO, CEO, and company management on liquidity and financing issues.
• Formation and development of liquidity management processes from scratch.
• Participation in strategic financial projects of the company.

We Expect:

• Work experience in a bank, MFI, investment company, or other financial institution.
• Strong classical financial background.
• Practical experience in attracting credit lines and/or external financing.
• Understanding of the principles of liquidity and financial resource management.
• Experience in interacting with banks and financial organizations.
• Ability to independently analyze financial instruments and financing terms.
• High level of independence and responsibility for results.
• Proactivity and readiness to develop a new direction, not just work within existing processes.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with fintech or fast-growing financial companies.
• Experience attracting financing from multiple sources.
• Experience with investment products.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance principles - not required, the company is ready to train on product specifics.
• Experience interacting with international financial institutions.

Conditions:

• Tashkent, office-based work format.
• Position in the financial department.
• Initially - an independent role without direct subordinates.
