The real estate search service Cian is looking for a Deputy Commercial Director to strengthen the commercial function and drive growth in one of the company's key areas.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial block of one of Cian's business areas with a focus on sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Budget planning and pricing for the business area, forming and controlling commercial KPIs.
- Developing and improving an effective sales system: from customer acquisition strategy to increasing conversion and customer service quality.
- Enhancing commercial block business processes and increasing conversion at all stages of the funnel.
- Continuously improving reporting and analytics systems for strategic decision-making.
- Team management: hiring, development, employee motivation, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, finance, etc., to effectively achieve goals.
- Identifying new opportunities for business scaling and increasing revenue for the business area, developing key partnerships.
- Participating in relevant industry business events.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience managing a commercial department in PropTech, digital, telecom, or IT companies.
- Has commercially successful cases of significant growth and is willing to share them.
- Understands the market structure, participants' interests, and actual market metrics.
- Can assess the company's position across all metrics: market share, trends, demand, revenue drivers, efficiency, customers, product, competitors.
- Possesses deep expertise in the process of creating, launching, and supporting digital products.
- Is knowledgeable in digital marketing and key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, etc.
- Has strong management skills: team building, motivation, and development, task assignment and performance monitoring, making complex management decisions.
- Possesses systems thinking, can analyze and structure large amounts of information, plan, and make key business decisions.
