⚖️ Oxima is a SaaS service aggregating normative-legal acts and public court decisions of Kazakhstan, with semantic search and AI answers to legal questions.

🛠 Tasks

• Development in Go and enhancement of services according to the product roadmap, backend tools for document processing and user workflows. • Design and maintenance of API contracts, inter-service communication, integrations with API Gateway and PHP/Laravel. • Development of ETL/ELT: data loading, transformation, normalization, enrichment, and indexing; batch and background jobs. Reliable asynchronous processing via RabbitMQ. • Integration of LLMs, embeddings, and reranking; development of vector search, AI functions, and agent scenarios. • Design of data schemas, optimization of queries and resource-intensive operations. Clean, documented, and testable code, code reviews, secure development, service diagnostics. Documentation on architecture, APIs, interaction schemas, and data processing.

📌 Requirements

• Go — from 5 years of commercial development experience, experience in developing and maintaining production services. Concurrency, goroutines, channels, context, synchronization, and error handling. • HTTP/REST and microservices: API contracts, backward compatibility, timeouts, partial failures, and data consistency. • RabbitMQ or other broker: acknowledgments, redelivery, retries, idempotency, handling failed tasks, controlling parallelism and load on dependent services. • ETL/ELT or multi-stage processing: batch and incremental loading, deduplication, state management, failure recovery, and safe restarts. • PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis: schemas, complex queries, indexes, transactions, locks, migrations, optimization, caching, and invalidation. • Practical experience with Weaviate or similar, LLMs, embeddings, and reranking: text preparation and splitting, filtering, re-indexing, context limitations, response verification, error handling, cost, and latency control. • AI tools in daily development — mandatory. Claude Code, Codex, or similar for code analysis, task implementation, tests, debugging, and refactoring. Ability to set context, break down tasks, and verify generated code. The team's primary tool is Claude Code. • PHP/Laravel — reading and local code modifications, understanding application structure, request flow, business logic, and integrations. Primary development is in Go. • Docker, Linux, Git, CI/CD: service environment and configuration, branches, merge/rebase, conflicts, build and deployment diagnostics, pipeline refinement. • Unit and integration tests for business logic, APIs, inter-service integrations, and asynchronous processes. Structured logs, metrics, traces, error handling, and bottleneck profiling. • Secure development: authentication, authorization, access control, validation, secrets, TLS, CORS, and typical API vulnerabilities.
