We are looking for someone who can turn game development into a TV series / talk show / reality content.
We don't need "ordinary SMM". We need someone who can create content that people who don't even play the game will want to watch.
What needs to be done:
- Invent viral and unusual content formats around game development
- Film the "studio life": developers, fails, arguments, funny moments, behind-the-scenes
- Turn internal processes into a show and a series
- Gather material from the team (game designers, artists, programmers) once a week
- Package it into:
- short videos
- Steam Events
- posts on Discord / Reddit / VK / X
- letters to bloggers
- devlog content
Examples of segments:
- What we broke this week
- Monster of the week
- Players chose — we added
- Why we cut this mechanic
- Developer diary in 60 seconds
- Most controversial design of the week
- Show us your build — get feedback
Who we are looking for:
This job is for you if you:
- constantly generate ideas
- understand TikTok / YouTube / meme culture
- can shoot and edit quickly
- can make a boring process look interesting
- are not afraid of cringe, self-irony, and experiments
- love games and internet culture
Important:
We are NOT creating corporate content. We want to create the most unusual devlog / series about game development.
Conditions:
- Part-time
- ~4 hours a day
- from 40,000 ₽
- remote
- freedom in ideas and format
When applying, send:
- Examples of content / TikTok / YouTube / memes that you like
- Any of your own work
- 3 ideas for what can be filmed about game development
