⭐️ Responsibilities:

· Development of effective website page designs (Corporate websites, Landing Pages, Land-sites, online stores), according to the technical specifications and customer wishes

· Preparation of graphic materials for layout, creation of UI-kits for the project,

· Development of advertising banners for Adwords and Direct, Instagram, FB, Vk

· Development of logos, banners, and corporate identity (if necessary)

• Desire to develop in the field of web design, advertising, and marketing.

• Adequate attitude towards criticism, remarks, recommendations, wishes, minimal pointless artistic expression, justification of decisions.

• For us, web design and a website are a way to convey information to the user and evoke the desire to take a target action (buy/order/call), not just "stylish style" and creativity. Every element must be in its place and carry a semantic or functional load.

• Experience in developing web-site designs (Portfolio with current commercial projects is mandatory).

• Experience with image clipping, photo retouching, correction, mockups.

• Understanding of HTML and CSS, principles of website construction and layout (knowledge and skills will be an advantage, it's important to remember that your layout will be coded later).

• Experience with Bitrix24 is welcome, as all main discussions with the team take place within it.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator. We pay great attention to details in graphics and their processing.

• Knowledge, experience, or desire to develop in Motion Design are welcome.

• Experience with AI video generation or a desire to learn these technologies.
