Hello! We are looking for a Team Lead of Recruitment who will take charge of managing a team of recruiters and developing the recruitment function in an international recruitment agency!
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of recruiters: setting goals, prioritizing tasks;
- Managing the team's workload and effectively allocating resources between projects and clients;
- Monitoring recruitment quality and vacancy closing times (including C-level and complex IT positions);
- Building and optimizing recruitment processes within the team;
- Managing employee performance: providing regular feedback, identifying low performance, team development, and making HR decisions;
- Interacting with key clients when necessary (escalations, strategic positions).
Requirements:
- At least 2.5 years of experience in recruitment;
- Experience managing a team of recruiters;
- Understanding of recruitment processes, including closing complex C-level and IT positions;
- International hiring experience;
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to work with modern tools (LinkedIn, etc.);
- Resource management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Willingness to take responsibility for team results and make management decisions.
