Hello! We are looking for a Team Lead of Recruitment who will take charge of managing a team of recruiters and developing the recruitment function in an international recruitment agency!
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of recruiters: setting goals, prioritizing tasks;
- Managing the team's workload and effectively allocating resources across projects and clients;
- Controlling the quality of hiring and the turnaround time for filling vacancies (including C-level and complex IT positions);
- Building and optimizing recruitment processes within the team;
- Managing employee performance: providing regular feedback, identifying underperformance, team development, and making personnel decisions;
- Interacting with key clients as needed (escalations, strategic positions).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment;
- Experience in managing a team of recruiters;
- Understanding of hiring processes, including filling complex C-level and IT positions;
- Experience in international hiring;
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to work with modern tools (LinkedIn, etc.);
- Resource management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
- Willingness to take responsibility for the team's results and make management decisions.
