SberNBA is a high-load and science-intensive platform that allows the client to make the most relevant offers of Sber ecosystem products at all stages of the customer journey. The platform processes tens of thousands of events and requests per second and turns them into personalized and timely communications with the client in PUSH and PULL channels. The main users of the platform are Sber divisions involved in product promotion and sales increase (CRM Individuals).
SberNBA.Creator is an online service that unites content customers and performers in a single space for creating personalized communications for clients in PUSH and PULL channels. The service uses AI algorithms to generate hyper-personalized content and check it for risk factors.
Responsibilities
- creation of test cases based on requirements
- compilation of test plans for release testing: critical, regression, new functionality.
- manual testing of new/changed functionality, analysis of dependent system modules.
- creation of bug reports in Jira
- consulting and processing user requests, as a third-party service provider
- conducting IFT, DEMO and PSI
- working with DBMS to verify the existence/change of data in the database. Basic SQL level
- experience with Postman / Insomnia for API testing
- experience with any client for Kafka
Requirements
- higher technical education
- preferably understanding of banking business processes in terms of retail banking products/preparation of advertising messages
- experience as a tester, QA engineer for at least 1 year in client-server software development projects
- experience with both waterfall and agile (Agile/DevOps) development methodologies
- experience in team development and testing using Confluence and Jira software products;
- communication skills.
- writing autotests in JS + Selenium(ZeroCode)
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience
- creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky and similar products,
- skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental possession of AI for analysis, generation and automation
