SOZIDAJ is a startup at the intersection of specialist experience and AI, which consolidates all business marketing on one platform: analytics, strategy, content - from one brief and in one window.
Honestly: our current UI/UX is weak, and it needs a systematic overhaul. But not from scratch and not "from the top of our head." The market is large, and there are many successful solutions. We need a person who knows how to find them and competently integrate them into our product.
We are looking for a designer with an analytical mindset. Someone who, with the help of AI and their own hands, unearths strong, user-friendly solutions in similar and adjacent products, takes the best of them, and assembles a cohesive, understandable interface for our tasks. The team is small, without bureaucracy: your work immediately gets into the product.
What you will be doing
- Researching the market: finding successful and user-friendly solutions in similar and adjacent products - both through AI and manually.
- Taking the best patterns and elements and adapting them for our product, assembling everything into a unified logic.
- Designing interfaces for new features: from the user scenario to finished mockups and a clickable prototype.
- Gradually and rapidly redesigning the interface of the current platform and website - based on strong competitor solutions and audits that we order from professionals (they highlight what and how to improve).
- Using AI tools daily to design quickly - searching for references, generating concepts, interface texts, graphics, and speeding up routine tasks.
- Handing over mockups to the developer.
- After release, verifying that the result matches the design: comparing with the mockup, highlighting discrepancies, and returning for rework.
What is important to us
- Analytical mindset. You can break down someone else's successful interface into parts, understand why it works, and adapt it to our product - not just copy it.
- Real experience working with AI in design. Searching for references, generating concepts and graphics, working with prompts, accelerating tasks.
- Confident user of Figma
- Taste and experience: you can distinguish a strong solution from a weak one and explain exactly why.
- Attention to detail and the habit of checking the results yourself.
- Speed and independence: you can quickly deliver clear results when iterations happen one after another.
Will be a plus
- Experience in product or UX/UI design in web, SaaS, dashboards, B2B.
- Basic understanding of layout (HTML/CSS) and how a mockup comes to life in code.
- Experience working with design systems and a component-based approach.
- Experience in a product undergoing rapid growth and scaling.

- Office-based work only. The office is in the city center (50 let VLKSM 49 st3).
- Salary 110,000 ₽ net, with rapid and tangible salary growth.
