RESPONSIBILITIES: • Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM brand strategy across key channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), etc. • Content Plan: Create a monthly content plan (posts, stories, reels) considering the sales funnel, product line, and relevant news. • Copywriting: Write engaging, expert, and sales-oriented texts in strict accordance with our brand's Tone of Voice. • Visuals and Video: Create aesthetic visual content. Independently shoot and edit trendy short videos (Reels/Shorts). • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, maintain activity, conduct interactive sessions and polls. • Promotion: Find influencers for collaborations, purchase advertising in thematic communities/channels, work closely with a targeting specialist. • Analytics: Collect reports on key metrics (reach, engagement rate ER, subscriber growth, leads) monthly and flexibly adjust the strategy.

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience: From 2 years in SMM with real case studies (experience in FinTech, Legal, B2B niches will be an advantage). Portfolio is mandatory. • Market Insight: Understanding of current visual trends, knowledge of how various foreign social networks operate (especially LinkedIn). • AI Tools: Ability to professionally use artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize work. • Hard Skills: Basic mobile shooting, video editing (CapCut/InShot), and graphic design (Figma/Canva, etc.) skills. • Languages: English – B2 level (and above) + fluent Russian or Georgian. • Personal Qualities: High level of self-organization, initiative, and independence. We are looking for someone who generates ideas independently, rather than just waiting for tasks from management.

CONDITIONS: • Salary from 2500 to 4000 ₾ net. • Payments: once a month. • Full-time employment (5/2 schedule, 8-hour workday).
