We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to work on Tinkoff Bank's client and internal products: from the mobile bank to investment services. The designer will research user needs, influence the product, and shape its vision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product solutions and defend them to the team
- Create and improve user scenarios and features
- Conduct full design reviews of functionality before release
- Apply UX research to design better outcomes
- Interact not only with your own product team but also with others
- Communicate with product managers, developers, testers, analysts, UX writers, and business representatives
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in product design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and switch between tasks
- Ability to analyze user experience and propose improvements
- Knowledge of product metrics
- Understanding of product approaches to design
- Creative and systemic thinking
- Communication skills and ability to find common ground
- Ability to reasonably defend your opinion
