We are creating a Business Assistant for entrepreneurs and are looking for those who want to do it with us. Our assistant lives on the SberBusiness platform and has a variety of skills: from providing clear analytics on entrepreneurs' businesses and consulting on their business development, to planning specific actions and creating a step-by-step plan. The Business Assistant can already perform some plan steps for the entrepreneur, and in the future, it will become even more independent. Our scenarios are becoming more flexible and in-depth, and the Assistant is becoming more autonomous. Therefore, we are expanding the team and looking for a Python developer who will enjoy equipping our agent with new skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and implementation of LLM-agent systems in production
- Development of integrations between IT infrastructure components
- Creation of agent interaction architecture to solve business problems
- Improving the quality of LLM responses, combating hallucinations, optimizing token usage
- Collaboration with system analysts to translate business tasks into AI agent pipelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ML/NLP
- Practical experience with LLMs
- Understanding of LLM chat logic and ability to build products around them
- High level of Python: knowledge of design patterns, asynchronous programming, and multiprocessing is mandatory
- Experience in the stack is mandatory: FastAPI, pydantic, asyncio, pytest, LangGraph, PostgreSQL
- Prompt Engineering skills and automated prompt testing
- Experience with Docker, Git, Jenkins, OpenShift, understanding of CI/CD.
Will be a plus:
- skills in working with generative AI models
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
