We are developing machine learning in Yandex Search. Our team is responsible for the quality of search results: we create ranking and personalization models, try new approaches, and increase the usefulness of search for millions of users.
Today's search needs to adapt quickly to changes in user behavior and the emergence of new content. We cover the entire lifecycle of ML models: we develop new features, train models, conduct experiments, retrain them online, and implement solutions in production.
Our goal is to maintain the relevance of search results, consider user interests, and promptly respond to data changes.
