We are a fully remote team of high-performing professionals working asynchronously across time zones. We're now looking for a UX-UI Designer to architect, build, and maintain reliable server-side systems that power critical data-driven solutions.

What you will do

• You take charge of complex, high-impact design projects
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with our mission
• You champion innovation by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies
• You develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing user experiences
• Additionally you conduct extensive user researches, translating insights into innovative design solutions
• You iterate designs based on user feedback, continuously striving for perfection
• Moreover you advocate for design best practices, demonstrating the value of design in product development
• Last but not least you stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them to our projects
