We are looking for an SRE-ENGINEER with experience in foodtech.

• Requirements for the technology stack and candidate experience: Mandatory requirements (Must have): — Observability of restaurant systems — Alerting and improvement of signal quality — Diagnosis of incidents and degradations in restaurant systems — Determination of target monitoring and search for blind spots — Building and developing technical dashboards — Implementation of RED, saturation, and dependency monitoring — Development of logging and log format requirements — Observability of kiosks, POS, VDU, and other restaurant devices — Control of availability and status of devices by restaurant, outlet formats, segments, and equipment types — Automation of typical checks, diagnostics, and operational tasks — Creation, updating, and development of runbooks — Coaching and development of BM in the restaurant domain — Participation in incident reviews, postmortems, and recovery reviews — Formation and development of technical expertise in restaurant systems
