• 2+ years of experience in Network • Understanding of traffic and its optimization • Knowledge of models: CPA / CPL / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee • Experience working with various GEOs • Strong negotiation skills • Own base of advertisers and partners, personal agreements and exclusive terms; • Leadership skills and focus on scale • Knowledge of English

• Increase the number of active partners - teams • Scale the volume and quality of traffic • Analyze launches, downtrends, and growth points • Work personally with partners • Attend international conferences • Conduct negotiations and agree on exclusive terms of cooperation;
