Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Social, including at least one year of direct responsibility for an advertising budget and independent decision-making around budget allocation.
• Proven experience with e-commerce / direct sales in the US and/or EU markets, with ownership of CAC / new customer acquisition costs.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads: independently building campaign structures, choosing optimization goals, managing the learning phase, audiences and exclusions, attribution windows, and Advantage+.
• Full-cycle creative ownership: independently identifying advertising angles, developing hypotheses, writing briefs, working with designers and video production teams, analyzing test results, and deciding on the next iteration.
• Experience working with data beyond advertising platforms: GA4, Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools, BI tools, and consolidated reporting.
• A strong understanding of the difference between platform attribution and end-to-end attribution, and the ability to make decisions when data sources do not match.
• Experience launching a new advertising channel from scratch: account setup, tracking / events, tagging, first campaigns, and further optimization.
• Strong knowledge of advertising platform policies and experience working in verticals where moderation and account health require close attention.
• English at B2 level or above: able to independently write ad copy for English-speaking audiences and communicate with platform support teams and external contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, digital goods, or other verticals with advertising policy restrictions.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads in the US / EU markets and an understanding of how TikTok creative strategy differs from Meta.
• Experience with Reddit Ads: subreddit targeting, community-based advertising, Reddit Pixel / CAPI.
• Experience working with UGC creators and influencers: sourcing, briefing, production management, and performance evaluation.
• Confident use of AI tools for generating, adapting, and scaling ad creatives and copy.
• Experience working with advertising APIs and automating routine processes: bulk campaign changes, data exports, and reporting.
• An interest in gaming and personal experience with MMO / ARPG titles such as World of Warcraft, Path of Exile, OSRS, or Final Fantasy XIV.
