Senior UA Manager (Meta & TikTok)

We're looking for hands-on performance marketers who know how to grow paid channels in the USA + Tier-1 markets. Whether your home turf is Meta, Google or TikTok, there's a seat for you.

What you'll own:

• Drive UA end to end — plan, launch, optimize, and scale web + app campaigns on your platform (typical spend $200k–$300k+/month per channel, with room to grow)
• Think in performance — manage budgets against CPA / ROAS / LTV and build the scaling logic to push them further
• Keep the engine clean — build and maintain account/BM structures, tracking, domains, whitelists, and payment flows
• Run a tight creative loop — hypotheses → iterations → learnings → scaling
• Automate & document — improve rules, scripts, and integrations, and share best practices so the channel scales reliably

It's a role that's roughly 70–80% execution and 20–30% channel leadership — built for someone who loves being close to the numbers.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a senior, hands-on background in Facebook (Meta) or TikTok UA (web/B2C)
• Bring proven results in the USA + Tier-1 (CIS-only experience isn't a match for these roles)
• Have owned budgets at $100k+/month (ideally $200k+)
• Understand automation and practical AI/creative iteration workflows
• Russian & English languages is a must
