☑️ Responsibilities
- Develop functional project software based on detailed technical specifications, program internal logic and perform refactoring if necessary
- Automate report generation and data parsing
- Develop and maintain an admin panel for lawyers
- Cover code with functional and unit tests (QA handles the rest)
- Develop exclusively back-end: we don't believe in "magic fullstack"; we have separate SQL, front-end, DevOps, and mobile development teams for that.
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Commercial development experience in PHP for over 5 years and in Symfony for over 2 years
- Be proactive, self-reliant, able to achieve results and work in a team
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with message brokers
- Will be a plus:
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with AI agents and agentic development workflows:
- understanding context management mechanisms: compaction, hooks, session lifecycle
- configuring agent harness for parallel and multi-session work
- using and developing reusable Skills
- understanding the purpose and practices of maintaining AGENTS.md
- designing reusable sub-agents and delegating specialized tasks to them
- building multi-agent workflows: task decomposition, orchestration, context and result transfer between agents
