We are an affiliate network in the Dating / Adult niche, and we need someone who will be the "first point of contact" for new partners and will guide them through all their queries.

What you will be doing 👇 ▪️ Onboarding new partners: from the first contact to the first payouts ▪️ Working with a large volume of partners simultaneously — keeping everyone in focus ▪️ Immersing partners in products and offers, assisting with selecting connections ▪️ Maintaining and updating work spreadsheets (partner tracking, statuses, metrics) ▪️ Constant communication: fast, to-the-point responses in chats 💬 ▪️ Resolving disputed and contractual issues — finding a balance between the partner and the product

What is important to us 🔑 ✔️ Experience interacting with a large number of partners ✔️ Understanding how an affiliate network, offers, and products work ✔️ Negotiation skills — ability to negotiate and retain partners ✔️ Accuracy in spreadsheets and data ✔️ Instant reaction and engagement — being available and "in the flow" ⚡ ✔️ Stress resistance and ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
