Business Development Manager (Middle)

Location: Remote Contracttype: Contract-based (self-employed or freelancer)

Compensation: From €2000 base + 5% sales commission + monthly bonus + annual bonus

Our international team consists of 50+ professionals, with a fully remote sales team connecting with clients around the world every day.

What You’ll Do

This is primarily an outbound sales role, focused on cold outreach (no cold calling), with a smaller share of inbound leads.

• Run the full sales cycle, from market research and lead generation to deal closure and maintain relationships with acquired clients.
• Identify potential clients, research markets, and connect with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Craft highly personalized, compelling outbound messages (email, LinkedIn, messengers) that demonstrate deep industry expertise and a genuine understanding of each prospect’s needs.
• Lead calls, build long-term relationships, and manage complex, long sales cycles (3+ months).
• Work in the CRM daily, track progress, and deliver on annual sales targets.
• Attend several international conferences per year (Europe, Asia, CIS).

What We Expect

Strong international B2B IT experience (5+ years), with a proven ability to navigate different markets and close deals across borders.

Fluent English (C1+), with the ability to confidently lead business negotiations.

• Proven success in cold outreach (manual & automated).
• Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
• Independence, self-organization, and a proactive mindset.

You’re a Great Fit If

You have hands-on experience in hosting, cloud, or IT infrastructure sales.

You're based in Europe and can easily travel to industry conferences across the region.

You have advanced, hands-on experience with AI for research, outreach personalization, and workflow automation.

• From €2,000 base + 5% recurring commission (12 months per service) + up to 10% salary bonus upon reaching performance grades + annual KPI bonus.
