ML Engineer for the DS team, where you… 🔎 If you are interested in developing models not just for storage, but in a product without bureaucracy — perhaps we are a good match. We have a growing team, everyone has their own major area and significant influence. You can choose approaches and architecture yourself, lead tasks from research to production, and see the results. There is truly minimal bureaucracy: from idea to A/B test — days, not months.

• What you will be doing: training, calibrating, and developing ML models for product tasks, working with tabular data and SQL, designing A/B tests, bringing solutions to production, and improving them based on metrics. • What is important: 3–4 years of experience in classical ML, confident Python, good SQL, understanding of calibration, feature engineering, and time-aware cross-validation. • Will be a plus: experience with production pipelines, embeddings, stacking, ensembles, e-commerce data, and multi-stage model solutions.
