Our team is engaged in mortgage lending to clients when purchasing real estate through the DomKlik service.

Responsibilities

·      remotely consult clients on mortgage and housing programs, non-mortgage transactions

·      structure mortgage transactions

·      work with the package of documents for real estate properties: receipt, checking completeness, analyzing compliance

·      support and accompany clients at all stages of mortgage lending

·      conduct online consultations with clients on the placement and search for listings in DomKlik.

Requirements

·      specialist with higher or incomplete higher education

·      want to gain experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and build a career in the banking sector

·      willing to work on a flexible or rotating schedule

·      willing to use AI in daily work (training provided by the company — has its own courses).

It will be a plus if you have experience in lending, sales, call-center, or real estate.

Conditions

·      monthly, annual bonus, and annual salary review
