Requirements
What you need to do:
- remotely consult clients on mortgage and housing programs, and non-mortgage transactions
- structure mortgage deals
- work with real estate document packages: receiving, checking completeness, analyzing compliance
- support and accompany clients at all stages of mortgage lending
- conduct online consultations with clients on placing and searching for listings in DomKlik.
Conditions
We expect that you:
- are a specialist with a higher or incomplete higher education
- want to gain experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and build a career in the banking sector
- are ready to work on a flexible or rotating schedule
- are ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
It will be a plus if you have experience in lending, sales, call centers, or real estate.
