Requirements
What you need to do:
- consult with clients on mortgage and housing programs, as well as non-mortgage transactions in a call center format
- structure mortgage deals
- cross-sell bank products for mortgage loans
- work with real estate document packages: receipt, completeness check, compliance analysis
- support and guide clients through all stages of mortgage lending
- conduct online consultations with clients on placing and searching for listings in DomKlik.
Conditions
We expect you to be:
- a specialist with a higher or incomplete higher education
- eager to gain experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and build a career in the banking sector
- willing to work on a flexible or rotating schedule
- willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
It will be a plus if you have experience in lending, sales, call center, or real estate.
