• remotely consult clients on mortgage and housing programs, non-mortgage transactions (office-based work)
• structure mortgage deals
• work with packages of documents for real estate properties: receiving, checking completeness, analyzing compliance
• support and accompany clients at all stages of mortgage lending
• conduct online consultations with clients on matters of placing and searching for listings on DomKlik.
• be a specialist with higher or incomplete higher education
• want to gain experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and build a career in the banking sector
• be ready to work on a flexible or floating schedule
• be ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense — has its own courses).
It will be a plus if you have work experience in lending, sales, call-center, or real estate.
