Requirements
What you will do:
- Consult clients in a call-center format on mortgage and housing programs, non-mortgage transactions
- Structure mortgage deals
- Cross-sell bank products alongside mortgage loans
- Handle real estate transaction document packages: receiving, checking completeness, analyzing compliance
- Support and accompany clients at all stages of mortgage lending
- Conduct online consultations with clients regarding placing and searching for listings on DomClick.
Conditions
We expect you to:
- Be a specialist with a higher or incomplete higher education
- Want to gain experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and build a career in the banking sector
- Be ready to work on a flexible or rotating schedule
- Be ready to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — internal courses are available).
It will be a plus if you have work experience in lending, sales, a call-center, or real estate.
