Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret client data to uncover trends, drive strategic recommendations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to help clients answer key business questions and make confident decisions using data analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support performance optimization.
• Lead regular business reviews, delivering insight-driven narratives around campaign performance and LTV projections.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical background with excellent SQL skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, LTV, ROAS, CAC, and other performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and modern data stacks.
• Experience with AI tools - not just to tick a box, but to genuinely work faster and better.
• English level: B1.

Nice to Have

• Background in mobile gaming, apps, or e-commerce analytics
• Understanding of attribution models and predictive LTV techniques
