Description
Our team is focused on implementing neural networks into the bank's business processes. We not only build state-of-the-art (SOTA) algorithms, but also actively 'land' our research, grow the business and customer experience, explore new data sources and modeling approaches. You will join a team responsible for implementing large neural networks across various business verticals of the Bank. We have a lot of hardware, even more data, a cool team, and many ambitious tasks.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle ML development - help understand what the business needs and why, translate it into ML terms, prepare a robust solution and present it, roll out the model into production
- Search for and develop hypotheses for improving models through the use of new data sources
- Design systems, plan pilots, and launch streams for data collection
- Automate routine tasks by wrapping code into readable and reproducible pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience in DS/ML
- Excellent knowledge of boosting algorithms
- Excellent knowledge of Pytorch (must, you won't be able to work without this)
- English at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation.
Will be a plus:
- We are looking for a person with strong experience in solving uplift/RL tasks; if that's you - emphasize this experience in your resume
- Success in ML competitions
- MLOps stack/skills (Jenkins/Airflow/Kubernetes... in addition to ML)
- Experience with Pyspark/Hadoop.
