Description
The Investment Expertise Directorate of Sberbank PJSC is looking for Senior Data Scientists who can solve non-standard problems, have a proactive life stance, and are ready to work in a cross-territorial team (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain models for predicting customer behavior (in Python). Including elasticity models.
- Deploy developed models into the bank's industrial environment.
- Develop model monitoring and validation systems.
- Work with data warehouses and databases (hadoop, greenplum), including collecting and preparing data for modeling using PySpark.
- Document processes and procedures related to model development.
- Perform NPV product calculations / CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) of customers based on the obtained forecasts.
- Conduct A/B testing (treatment effect evaluation). Develop rules for conducting pilot projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Practical experience in developing machine learning models and implementing them into business processes.
- Good understanding of econometrics / machine learning / practical experience in data analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate finance.
- Experience with PySpark, Hadoop.
- Experience with Uplift modeling, Boosting.
