Project & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a freelance Project & Operations Manager to be the operational engine of the agency.

This is the glue role: you make sure projects move forward, processes are documented and optimised and communication flows across team members and clients.

Ideal for someone highly organised, resourceful, and eager to grow within a fast-expanding agency.

Responsibilities

• Project management and team task tracking
• Creation and maintenance of SoPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Preparation of client-facing and internal presentations
• Outreach support and business development assistance
• Management of agency social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Administrative coordination and executive support

Requirements

• Experience in project management or operations within an agency or startup
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Proficiency in productivity & creative tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut etc.)
• Professional level of English (mandatory)
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Self-starter with initiative and strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• Background in marketing or ecommerce agencies
• Familiarity with tools like Make.com, Tally or similar
• Experience creating SoPs or process documentation

Conditions

• Freelance, part-time (~20h/week). The amount of hours will increase gradually until it becomes a full time job
• 100% remote
• Working hours aligned with Spanish time zone (CET/CEST)
• LATAM-based candidates welcome
