Due to the expansion of the department, we are announcing recruitment for the position of Senior 1C UH Consultant.
Your Tasks
- User support when working with the system (2nd, 3rd line).
- Ticket resolution in accordance with SLA.
- Conducting negotiations with representatives of the functional customer: clarifying requests, building relationships, defending solutions.
- Preparation of technical specifications for developers.
- Testing of modifications, functional configuration, supervision of junior specialists' work within the block.
- Conducting training, preparing instructions.
- Updating documentation.
- Mentoring junior specialists in the area.
- Main configurations: 1C UH.
Our Expectations
- Good knowledge of 1C UH, experience in implementing or supporting 1C UH.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting modules.
- Fluent speech and writing, document development skills (technical specifications, project solutions, protocols, etc.).
- Understanding of the internal content and specifics of the functioning of 1C metadata objects.
- Possession of the 1C:Specialist certificate: configuring and implementing the accounting subsystem in "1C:Enterprise 8" application solutions.
