We are looking for a Directum RX System Analyst to join our team.
What you will do:
- Configure the Directum RX system (administration and No-Code configuration).
- Decompose tasks and estimate effort.
- Assign tasks to the development team and monitor their completion.
- Manage releases.
- Manage testing of changes.
- Participate in system support (2nd level).
- Lead projects for updating to new system versions.
- Analyze vendor changes and initiate updates to new system versions.
- Document configurations, enhancements, and user instructions.
- Participate in presentations of enhancements to system users.
What is important to us:
- At least 2 years of experience with the Directum RX system.
- Experience with the Directum HR Pro system.
- Experience in configuring system business objects (directories, modules, regulations) for business process automation.
- Experience working with No-Code (process variations, form views, modules, explorer).
- Experience with BPMN notations, knowledge of UML (reading and creating diagrams), experience in creating ER diagrams.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, XSD, etc.
- Understanding of the Directum RX service interaction architecture.
- Experience in administering the Directum RX system.
- Understanding of how integrations work via API and message brokers.
- Understanding of relational database principles.
- Experience working with SQL at the query level for data analysis.
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of Federal Law 63-FZ "On Electronic Signatures": types of electronic signatures, their legal force, application scenarios in internal and external electronic document management, basics of working with certificates and certification authorities.
- Knowledge of Federal Law 152-FZ "On Personal Data": processing principles, personal data categories, requirements for consent, storage, destruction, and ensuring the security of personal data in system design.

- Certificates of completion for vendor courses: Course 422, #832, #833, #837, #822.
- Ability to read C# code.

- Directum RX 4.11 and above.
