Nadoswap is a fintech product for the crypto and fiat exchange market. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (part-time) with mandatory experience in crypto to rethink the current website: fix UI/UX errors, rebuild the structure and layout of elements, and increase conversion and trust.

Requirements

5+ years in UI/UX, confident product approach (conversion, trust, behavioral patterns).

Mandatory experience in fintech and crypto: neo-banks/wallets/exchanges/onboarding, understanding of trust patterns.

Strong typography, grids, components, meticulous work with states/errors.

Ability to work iteratively with PM and development

Will be a plus

Experience with aggregators/marketplaces, comparative listings.

Experience with A/B testing, funnel analytics, working with copy/UX texts.

Format

Part-time, remote. Payment is discussed based on level and volume.
