Honestly, I didn't expect this from you.

My previous post went viral not only here on LinkedIn but also on several Telegram channels — people sent screenshots, wrote me direct messages, and shared their CVs. Thank you to everyone who read, commented, and reposted, I appreciate it.

I'm sharing another story (spoilers about vacancies below)

A couple of months have passed since I left Islamic Bank “Zaman-Bank” JSC. But what's unusual is that the connection with the people we worked with hasn't disappeared.

Normally, how does it go: you leave a project/job, you actively communicate for a while, then less often, and after six months, only likes on Instagram posts remain, and it feels awkward to unfollow. I didn't want that to happen with us. That's why we created the "Ex-Colleagues Community." Without a specific plan, just to stay in touch and help each other find jobs, which we all needed).

As a result, something really vibrant emerged there: we help each other find jobs, I've brought many of them with me to JSC "Bereke Bank", we share freelance gigs, attend events together, ask for advice when something is unclear about work, or for feedback about employers, for example.

I've been convinced once again that human-centricity is not just a buzzword in vacancies, but a very workable approach. One person alone is no warrior, but with a team by your side, it's a completely different story.
