Team Lead of the Accounting Center in Autonomous Transport

You will build and lead the core of analytical accounting to ensure transparency and regulation of all operational processes. You will directly influence the calculation of our product costs and the management of assets for a company implementing projects that seemed like science fiction just a couple of years ago.

What tasks await you

Accounting System You will develop accounting methodology for RAS and IFRS and organize analytical accounting for the company's procurement, warehouse, and production units in 1C ERP. Your goal is to create a clear, reliable, and scalable analytics system in 1C ERP.

Process Optimization You will standardize key operations: from the movement of inventory and materials and inventories to settlements with counterparties and within the company. You will need to create working control mechanisms that prevent errors.

Consolidation and Reporting You will organize the reconciliation and transfer of data between 1C ERP and OEBS, as well as align the methodology with the corporate accounting center to ensure data integrity and generate the division's financial statements.

Development of the Accounting Team You will participate in methodological work and key operations, develop the accounting team, improve their qualifications, and set up efficient processes in 1C ERP.

We expect you to

• Have worked as a Deputy Chief Accountant in a company with assembly production, warehouse, and procurement operations for more than three years
• Have participated in 1C ERP implementation projects and organized the work of accountants in this system
• Possess deep knowledge of accounting methodology under RAS standards, have experience working with IFRS, and have prepared financial statements
• Know how to calculate the cost of finished goods in 1C ERP
• Know how to regulate processes for the movement of materials and conduct inventories
• Are ready to work as both a manager and a hands-on methodologist (a "player-coach")

It will be a plus if you

• Have worked in an IT or technology company
• Understand the specifics of accounting in large infrastructure or R&D projects
• Can automate accounting processes and work with large data sets
