Chief Deposit Operations Specialist

We are looking for a specialist for the Credit and Deposit Operations Department. You will be engaged in the servicing and accounting of transactions for deposit products for legal entities and individuals.

What tasks await you

Servicing and Accounting You will service transactions for deposit products for legal entities and individuals and maintain transaction records, perform necessary end-of-day procedures, including monitoring the timeliness and completeness of recording transactions for deposit products in accordance with product terms. You will need to monitor the status of messages to the Federal Tax Service (FTS) regarding the opening, closing of accounts or changes to their details, prepare responses to client inquiries, including information in the format of Directive 5798-U, submit information to the FTS on amounts of interest paid on deposits of individuals, and prepare information on maximum rates for posting on the bank's website.

Participation in automation projects You will be involved in setting tasks for the development and enhancement of functionality in the bank's core banking system (ABS), participate in testing banking products and services — check the correctness of recording transactions on accounting ledgers related to the department's activities.

We expect that you

• Hold a higher education in economics or engineering
• Know the current legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia in the field of activity
• Know accounting in credit institutions and the principles of implementing IFRS 9 standards for deposit operations
• Have worked in the relevant field for three years or more
• Have worked with large volumes of data
• Have worked with the CFT core banking system (ABS CFT)

• Have worked in a retail bank
• Have serviced credit operations in a bank
